New to this group. I placed an order yesterday and it was shipped the same day. That is some service! I was watching videos on the main website and came to the one where David responds to the competitor’s allegations. He remained calm and stated facts, correcting any info he knew to be incorrect, defending his product without bashing theirs. That sold me. He could not have handled the situation in this manner if he were less than decent and honest.
