Being in my mid-501s, and living in a cold climate, I was looking for a non-jarring, effective form of movement that could be done inside during the chilly months– something inexpensive (especially compared to a gym membership) that I could look forward to rather than dreading a “workout.” Cellerciser delivers on those goals and more. I now do the “health bounce” for a couple minutes several times a day, and 10 min cardio/strength session 5 days a week. The preliminary results are fantastic in every way– mind and body.
