I have been using the Cellerciser for one month. Mostly 6 days out of a week for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes less. I think it realigned my colon. Now I can go to the bathroom and have a complete evacuation. Before Cellerciser (BC), I would be lucky if I could to the bathroom twice to have a complete evacuation. I am sure the Cellerciser is still helping me improve all systems. I also do enemas. I think the Cellerciser realigned/reconditioned colon where enema water therapy could not do as well.
